Reiki Healing Sessions


Reiki is a Japanese word, representing Universal Life Energy, which is the energy all around us. Rei means God's Wisdom or Higher Power, Ki means the Life Force Energy.

A Reiki treatment is usually between 45 minutes to 1 hour.  You are fully clothed, and can receive the Reiki session either while lying on a treatment table or sitting in a chair.  The treatment is gentle and can feel like a warm and calming energy flowing through and around you.  Shorter sessions are also available, after the initial treatment.  [Usually, one treatment is all that is needed for a mild condition.]  More treatments may be recommended, depending on your situation.  Some people enjoy having bi-monthly or monthly Reiki tune-ups.
